Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to prepare you body and mind for labor and beyond. Yoga can help with the aches and pains associated with pregnancy and is safe in all trimesters. Start preparing for labor now using relaxation techniques. We will safely strengthen and relax your pelvic floor, preparing your for labor and post pregnancy.

Class will begin with time to share our current joys and struggles.

We will flow through poses that prepare your body for birth and ease pregnancy aches and pains.

Breathwork that prepares you for labor and beyond is practiced throughout.

We will wrap up with a luxurious relaxation and positive images or affirmations.

Time to visit and ask questions will be offered following relaxation.
