Kid’s Yoga Class is here for you! Class is fun and energetic, with a focus on introducing yoga poses to your child in an engaging and educational way. Classes often focus on interesting facts about unique animals. Studies show that when children are active an engaged they learn and retain information best.

All classes include story time and relaxation.
