A new baby brings so much joy and excitement into your life, but let’s be honest it can also be the most exhausting and trying time as well.

This class is specially designed to ease you back into healthy, postnatal movement while providing you with a supportive, caring, and connected community. We also devote some time to baby massage techniques that help with digestion, overall wellbeing, and sleep for your precious bundle of joy.

Come for the yoga, but stay for the friends.
